ERCOM has ruled that the ADDA does have the right to represent DDAs in a "prosecutor's only" union. That means that in the next 2 months we will likely have an election on whether or not to be a bargaining union. Get ready for a new day in the LA County DA's Office.  

As the largest prosecutors union in the state, we will be an even more powerful voice on public safety issues, and join ALADS, CCPOA, CVUC and other groups in influencing California's public safety policies.
