Trying to get all of the Deputy District Attorneys together for one picture was quite an ordeal. Given our busy schedules it is amazing that we did as well as we did. There is still a lookout for the people who were not able to be there.

ERCOM APPROVES RIGHT TO UNION
Congratulations!
ERCOM has ruled that the ADDA does have the right to represent DDAs in a "prosecutor's only" union. That means that in the next 2 months we will likely have an election on whether or not to be a bargaining union. Get ready for a new day in the LA County DA's Office.
As the largest prosecutors union in the state, we will be an even more powerful voice on public safety issues, and join ALADS, CCPOA, CVUC and other groups in influencing California's public safety policies.
